What ages is this pen recommended for?
The SCRIB3D Advanced is recommended for makers ages 14+ due to the high temperature of the nozzle when extruding filament. The pen temperature can be adjusted from 160°C to 210°C.
What size filament does the pen need?
The SCRIB3D Advanced uses 1.75 mm filament spools. The pen set comes with PLA filament and is also compatible with ABS, FLEXY/TPU, nylon, and wood filaments to expand creative possibilities.
Is there any setup involved?
No setup or special tools are required. Simply plug the adapter into the back of the pen, set the temperature by choosing the filament type, and wait for the pen to warm up.
